Job Description

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives across the Accounting & Finance department to improve day-to-day processes.
  • Review existing finance workflows and identify practical opportunities to simplify and strengthen them.
  • Develop transformation plans that set clear priorities, actions and delivery milestones.
  • Coordinate finance change activities with relevant internal stakeholders to maintain progress.
  • Track transformation activities and provide clear updates on progress, issues and next steps.
  • Document improved finance processes to promote consistent ways of working.
  • Help implement approved process changes and monitor their practical adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality, speed and consistency of finance information.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Transformation Lead should have:

  • Experience leading finance transformation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes within an Accounting & Finance function.
  • Ability to assess workflows and turn findings into clear improvement plans.
  • Experience coordinating change activities across different internal teams.
  • Ability to track deliverables, manage priorities and communicate progress clearly.
  • Confidence documenting processes and supporting the adoption of improved ways of working.

  • Salary range of MYR 216000 to MYR 264000.
