Job Description

  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusivity strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote inclusive hiring practices and policies.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to build awareness and understanding of diversity-related topics.
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics to assess the impact of diversity initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to leadership on fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
  • Stay updated on best practices and legal requirements related to diversity and inclusion.
  • Organise and participate in events to celebrate and promote cultural diversity.
  • Prepare regular reports on diversity and inclusivity progress and achievements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Diversity and Inclusivity professional should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion practices within the workplace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to analyse data and present actionable insights.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and implementing change.

What's on Offer

  • Annual salary ranging from MYR 64,800 to MYR 79,200.
  • 13th-month bonus as part of the compensation package.
