We are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants from all diverse backgroundJob Description* Maintain employee data in various internal systems for Asia-Pacific Region. * Monitor, investigate and rectify employee data mismatches in various internal systems, to ensure that data is accurate and complete in all systems. * Coordinate and support internal and external audit requirements for HR Shared Services Operations. * Produce regular scheduled reports and conduct ad hoc reporting as and when required by stakeholders. * Maintain and update HR Dashboard monthly and assist with Annual Processes, e.g., Salary Review. * Lead and conduct annual Company wide processes such as bonus cycles, salary review cycle, etc. * Monitor operational KPIs for HR internally to maintain data accuracy and completeness across systems. * Supports in HRIS projects / initiatives to meet business needs and execute planned tasks in a timely and consistent manner. * Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to resolve data quality and reporting challenges. * Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned as and when required.
