With expertise spanning design, integration, construction, and commissioning, the organization supports enterprise and hyperscale customers through the full project lifecycle.Job DescriptionData Center Project Manager (Delivery)As the Data Center Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of data center projects from project initiation through final acceptance. You will coordinate multiple engineering disciplines, manage customer relationships, oversee subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project DeliveryManage the full lifecycle of data center construction and infrastructure projects from planning through completion and customer acceptance.Coordinate cross-functional teams covering:Civil & Structural WorksElectrical SystemsHVAC / Mechanical SystemsELV (Extra-Low Voltage) SystemsSystem Integration and CommissioningEnsure project deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality requirements, budget targets, and safety standards.Customer Interface ManagementServe as the primary delivery-side contact for customers throughout project execution.Lead project review meetings, progress updates, and milestone reporting.Manage customer expectations and resolve project-related concerns proactively.Build strong customer relationships to ensure successful project outcomes and high satisfaction levels.Subcontractor & Resource ManagementManage subcontractor selection, onboarding, coordination, and performance evaluation.Develop work breakdown structures and execution plans.Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where necessary.Coordinate internal and external resources to optimize project delivery efficiency.Risk & EHS ManagementEstablish and maintain project risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes.Ensure strict compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and regulations.Promote a strong safety culture across project teams and subcontractors.Drive zero-incident project execution through proactive risk management and site governance.Cost & Financial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasts, and overall project costs.Monitor project financial performance and profitability.Drive milestone completion, client acceptance, invoicing, and collections.Ensure strong financial control throughout the project lifecycle.PMO & Governance SupportCollaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure compliance with project governance frameworks.Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation.Participate in lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.Support organizational delivery capability development and best practice sharing across regional offices.The Successful ApplicantQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.Formal project management training will be an advantage.ExperiencePreferably 10+ years of project management experience within data center construction, infrastructure delivery, or mission-critical facilities.Proven experience managing large-scale data center projects from inception to completion.Strong understanding of data center construction processes, commissioning activities, and project governance.Experience working with multiple contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders in complex project environments.Technical & Leadership CompetenciesStrong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.Excellent subcontractor and vendor management capabilities.Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.Sound risk management and problem-solving capabilities.Strong awareness of EHS requirements and construction site safety practices.Commercially minded with strong budget and financial management capabilities.Able to work effectively under pressure and within challenging project environments.Willingness to travel and undertake overseas project assignments when required.Preferred CertificationsProject Management Professional (PMP).Uptime Institute Certifications (ATD, Accredited Tier Designer, or related Tier certifications).CDCP (Certified Data Centre Professional).CDCE (Certified Data Centre Expert).Other relevant project management, construction, or data center certifications.What's on OfferOpportunity
