Job Description

  • Manage customer orders through calls, email, WhatsApp, and internal channels.
  • Ensure accurate order entry and coordinate fulfilment with internal teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to support daily operations.
  • Coordinate with distributors and 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service professional should have:

  • A Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage operational tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and fast-paced environment.
