Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and daily order management activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and support business growth objectives.
  • Monitor and improve key operational performance indicators, including delivery performance and customer service metrics.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support customer service-related projects.
  • Analyse operational issues, recommend solutions, and support process standardisation and optimisation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Officer (Japanese Speaker) should have:

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese (min JLPT N2)
  • Educational background relevant to procurement, supply chain, or customer service.
  • Min 1 year experience in order management is a must have
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
