Job Description

  • Respond to customer enquiries in French and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Handle customer requests and order-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update request details where needed.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide order status updates to help customers plan with confidence.
  • Follow up on open customer requests and ensure actions are completed.
  • Escalate complex enquiries to the appropriate internal contact.
  • Support a consistent customer experience across the EMEA region.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service - French (Emea) should have:

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in French.
  • Customer service capability with a focus on clear and accurate responses.
  • Ability to manage enquiries, follow-ups and customer requests.
  • Comfort working with customer records and order-related information.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
