Job Description

  • Manage and process customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
  • Provide support for EMEA clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending orders or issues to ensure resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Executive (EMEA) should have:

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as business administration or related studies.
  • Experience in customer service or order management, preferably within the life science industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or related tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities in high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking settings.
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work EMEA hours
