Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the company's database.
  • Support the APAC team in achieving customer service objectives and KPIs
  • Prepare and deliver reports related to customer interactions and order processing.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and suggest process improvements.
  • Assist in handling escalated issues to ensure a positive resolution for all stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Executive (APAC) should have:

  • A background in customer service, preferably within the life science industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse customer needs effectively.
  • Experience with order processing systems and customer relationship management tools.
  • An ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
