Job Description

  • Lead a team responsible for end-to-end customer fulfilment activities across APAC markets
  • Oversee the customer journey from order entry through delivery coordination and post-sales support
  • Partner with commercial, supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Act as the escalation point for customer enquiries, fulfilment challenges, and service-related issues
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Develop and coach team members while fostering a customer-centric culture



The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Fulfilment, Order Management, Customer Operations, OTC, or Supply Chain Customer Service
  • Previous experience leading and developing teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with SAP is a must
  • Exposure to a manufacturing, consumer goods, medical or healthcare industry is preferred
