Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Oversee daily operations of the sales department and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand market presence.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience within FMCG, consumer goods, beverages, luxury consumer products, or other premium categories.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales and commercial teams.
  • Strong experience managing distributor and customer relationships.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and market expansion initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
