Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services to customers in Tagalog.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
  • Support the team in achieving performance targets and KPIs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Call Centre - Tagalog Speaker should have:

  • Proficiency in both Tagalog and English, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally within the FMCG industry.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
