Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets within the healthcare sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager (Healthcare) should have:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the healthcare/medical devices industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the business services industry and market dynamics in Petaling Jaya.
  • Prior leadership experiences and able to lead a small team
