Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and business performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-7 years of FMCG key account experience.
  • Proven exposure to modern trade/ minimart channels (e.g. Lotus's, 99 Speedmart).
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable with numbers, data, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
  • Commercially driven, resilient, and execution-focused.
  • Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
