Job Description

  • LeadAPAC HR operations across the full employeelifecycle, including HR enquiries and case management
  • Drive process improvement, standardisation, and operational efficiency
  • Manage and grow a high-performing shared services team
  • Partner with regional stakeholders and manage escalations
  • Ensure compliance and governance across multiple markets
  • Support HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Monitor SLAs/KPIs to drive service performance



The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • 10+ years of HR experience within shared services (SSC), global business services (GBS), or HR operations, with strong ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
  • Proven track record managing regional or multi-country HR operations across APAC
  • Strong experience leading, stabilising, and scaling teams in a service-driven environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence and manage escalations in complex organisations
  • Solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance across multiple markets; Mandarin capability preferred for Greater China coverage
