Partner closely with stakeholders to continuously enhance the graduate and management trainee pipeline, ensuring a strong and sustainable future talent bench for the organisation.

Job Description

  • This role requires a blend of talent acquisition, talent management and programme management capability.
  • Candidates must demonstrate ownership of programme outcomes rather than solely supporting programme administration.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance the Young Talent Programme framework, including programme structure, development journeys, rotation models, competency requirements, milestones, and success measures
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and external partners to attract top talent.
  • Curate and manage structured learning journeys that support functional, leadership and behavioural development.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including regular engagement with senior leadership and business leaders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Young Talent Programme Manager should have:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and executing management trainee programmes.
  • Nurturing and patient individual who enjoys developing early career talent.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing talent needs.
