Job Description

  • Maintain and support workplace technology infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime for users and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.
  • Monitor and manage IT assets, including software and hardware inventory.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance productivity.
  • Participate in planning and executing technology upgrades and migrations.
  • Document technical processes and maintain accurate records for reference.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Workplace Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing workplace technology and IT systems.
  • Familiarity with Transport & Distribution industry technology requirements is advantageous.
