Job Description

  • Drive system enhancements and continuous improvements across Workday modules and integrations
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Lead technical design, configuration, and deployment of Workday features and related systems
  • Oversee system performance, ensuring stability, security, and optimal user experience
  • Manage and support integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolve complex system issues
  • Establish best practices, governance standards, and documentation for HRIS processes
  • Mentor team members and provide technical guidance across HRIS-related projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday, particularly in technical areas such as integrations, reporting, or configuration
  • Proven background in HRIS or HR technology environments with good understanding of HR processes
  • Experience leading or managing Workday-related projects or initiatives
  • Ability to engage with both technical teams and business stakeholders effectively
  • Familiarity with system integrations, data flows, and enterprise application landscapes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
