Technology leadership role responsible for driving Digital Identity Platform across Digital Banking services. The position focuses on Identity & Access Management (IAM), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), digital onboarding, authentication services, Zero Trust security, and identity governance to deliver secure and seamless customer experiences across digital channels.

Job Description

* Lead and own the Digital Identity Platform roadmap and strategy

* Manage IAM and CIAM capabilities for customer identity management

* Drive authentication, authorization, MFA, and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions

* Oversee identity federation and consent management frameworks

* Support eKYC and digital onboarding initiatives

* Implement Zero Trust and identity-centric security controls

* Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, risk, and governance requirements

* Collaborate with Digital Banking, Security, Risk, and Technology teams

* Lead platform delivery, enhancements, and operational support

The Successful Applicant

A successful Unit Head - Digital Banking Identity Platform should have:

* Strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) and CIAM expertise

* Experience with MFA, SSO, Identity Federation, and Consent Management

* Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture

* Experience in digital identity security and cybersecurity governance

* Proven experience leading enterprise-scale identity platforms

* Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience

* Experience delivering secure digital customer journeys

* Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and access controls
