Job Description

  • Provide technical and engineering support for diagnostic equipment and healthcare instruments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
  • Support installation, maintenance, and performance optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve technical concerns.
  • Analyze system issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support product upgrades, validation, and technical documentation.
  • Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Thai-Speaking Engineering Support (Healthcare Industry) should have:

  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Engineering background, preferably within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory, or medical device industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic, or an equivalent medical-technical qualification.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and technical users.
  • Knowledge of medical devices, laboratory instruments, automation systems, or healthcare technology is advantageous.
