The organisation operates in the Life Science industry in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

    • Provide remote application support to customers and end users.
    • Assist laboratories and healthcare professionals in product utilization and troubleshooting.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, application guidance, and user training.
    • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with regional technical, commercial, and engineering teams.
    • Support system implementation and product adoption activities.
    • Maintain accurate case documentation and follow-up actions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Thai-Speaking Application Support (Healthcare Industry) should have:

    • Fluent in Thai and English.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Natural Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biology, Chemistry, or an equivalent medical-technical qualification.
    • Background in laboratory, healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environment.
    • Strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable working with regional stakeholders across APAC.
    • Fresh graduates with relevant scientific background are encouraged to apply.
    • Prior application support, laboratory operations, or healthcare customer support experience is an advantage.
