About Our Client

A global manufacturing company is expanding their business and plant operations, and they are looking for a senior test development engineer with project leadership.

Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Lead multiple test development projects from EVT, DVT and PVT through mass production.
  • Develop manufacturing test strategies covering ICT and FCT.
  • Define test coverage, fixtures, hardware architecture, test requirements, and pass/fail criteria.
  • Partner with R&D, firmware, BIOS/BMC, manufacturing, and factory teams.
  • Drive DFT initiatives, technical reviews, root-cause analysis, and test quality improvements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement within the test environment..

The Successful Applicant

A successful Test Dev Lead Engineer (Project Lead) should have:

  • Min of 6 years of experience in test development /project management in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Experience with server, network switch or storage products
  • Strong NPI experience
  • Solid hardware troubleshooting capabilities
  • Technical project leadership experience
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Test Automation: Hands-on test automation experience, specifically with Python.
  • Server, Switch & Storage Architecture: Knowledge of server/switch/storage architecture (x86, BIOS/UEFI, BMC/IPMI, PCIe, DDR, 100G+ Ethernet).
