Job Description

  • Drive long-term sales growth by setting and communicating clear sales targets for a portfolio of named end‑user accounts.
  • Develop and execute evidence‑based sales plans to achieve annual revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and their partner ecosystem.
  • Conduct onsite client visits to deliver sales presentations, assess current practices, and recommend product solutions or improvements.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date account profiles for key clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to the Director of Sales and other stakeholders when required.
  • Perform regular market and competitive research to stay informed of client needs and industry trends.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Territory Area Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience managing end‑user accounts in sectors such as FSI, Colo, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Government.
  • Knowledge of structured cabling systems, enterprise network connectivity, and data center solutions is an added advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to develop tailored solution proposals based on customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated hunter‑style sales experience with a strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong vertical and lateral thinking skills.
  • Ability to build long‑lasting professional relationships.
  • Highly self‑driven and proactive in work approach.
