Job Description

  • Identify, assess, and manage technology risks across the organisation.
  • Develop and implement risk management frameworks and policies for the technology department.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on key risk indicators and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
  • Lead risk assessments and audits for technology systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance on risk-related matters to support decision-making within the organisation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology risks and propose proactive measures to address them.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Tech Risk Principal should have:

  • A strong understanding of technology risk management practices and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and audits for technology systems.
  • Proficiency in identifying and addressing technology vulnerabilities.
