Job Description

  • Provide technical support for petrochemical and refining units before and after commissioning.
  • Monitor unit performance and analyse operational data.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and process optimisation.
  • Support site start-ups, inspections, catalyst loading, and activation activities.
  • Prepare technical reports, procedures, and service documentation.
  • Deliver technical training sessions for customers.
  • Collaborate with regional technical experts and commercial teams.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • achelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Understanding of petrochemical processes and unit operations.
  • Minimum 1 year of refining or petrochemical operational experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer and project support activities.
