Job Description

  • Partner with customers and sales teams to identify and deliver technical solutions.
  • Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases to support commercial opportunities.
  • Lead customer projects and coordinate activities across global teams.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to drive product improvements.
  • Define product priorities and support long-term growth strategies.
  • Act as the bridge between customers, engineering, and commercial functions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
  • Experience in product management, application engineering, technical sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to understand customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
