Job Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable process automation solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
  • Provide presales technical support, including creating solution designs and technical documentation.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure the feasibility and compatibility of proposed solutions.
  • Support clients in evaluating automation options and making informed decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Assist with tender preparation and technical proposal development for potential projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Presales should have:

  • A degree in chemical engineering, engineering, automation, or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of process automation technologies and systems in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative technical solutions.
  • Experience working in a presales or technical consulting role is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
