Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day support, monitoring, and maintenance of business applications
  • Ensure system performance and availability in line with SLA requirements
  • Troubleshoot application, system, and infrastructure-related issues
  • Support application upgrades, releases, and migrations (including cloud)
  • Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on technical deliverables
  • Participate in IT projects, enhancements, and continuous improvements
  • Provide L3 support and assist with incident and change management
  • Maintain documentation and support user training where required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Application Specialist should have:

  • Experience in application support / technical application specialist roles
  • Strong exposure to enterprise applications in a corporate environment
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and infrastructure technologies
  • Database exposure (MSSQL / Oracle or similar)
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Experience working in regional or global IT environments
