Job Description

  • Lead record-to-report activities to support accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Coordinate month-end close activities and ensure accounting entries are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Review general ledger balances and resolve identified accounting issues.
  • Prepare and review financial reports to provide clear information for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor reporting schedules and follow up on outstanding accounting tasks.
  • Work with relevant finance teams to address queries and maintain consistent reporting outputs.
  • Maintain clear documentation for record-to-report processes and financial records.
  • Identify practical improvements to strengthen the accuracy and efficiency of accounting activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Lead, RTR (Thai/Vietnamese/Khmer/Burmese/Indonesian) should have:

  • Experience in record-to-report accounting activities.
  • Knowledge of general ledger processes and month-end close requirements.
  • Ability to review financial data and identify accounting discrepancies.
  • Experience preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate supporting records.
  • Ability to coordinate accounting tasks and reporting timelines.
  • Ability to speak, read and write for the required language.
