Job Description

  • Coordinate daily procure-to-pay activities to maintain accurate and timely processing.
  • Review purchase-related records and payment details to support complete finance documentation.
  • Monitor transaction progress and follow up on outstanding items to keep workflows moving.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to clarify procurement and payment information.
  • Maintain organised records for invoices, purchase documents and payment-related data.
  • Identify processing issues and escalate them through the appropriate channels.
  • Prepare clear updates on procure-to-pay activity for relevant stakeholders.
  • Help improve day-to-day process consistency across procure-to-pay operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Lead, PTP (Thai/Vietnamese/Khmer/Burmese/Indonesian) should have:

  • Practical knowledge of procure-to-pay processes.
  • Ability to review financial and purchase-related information accurately.
  • Experience coordinating finance process activities and resolving routine issues.
  • Ability to maintain clear and well-organised transaction records.
  • Confidence working with internal stakeholders on payment and procurement queries.
  • Ability to prepare concise process updates and track outstanding items.
  • Ability to speak, read and write for the required language.
