Job Description

  • Supervise and manage the accounts receivable disputes process, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve dispute cases effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse dispute trends to identify root causes and recommend process improvements.
  • Prepare accurate reports and updates for management on dispute resolution progress.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all dispute management activities.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance in handling disputes.
  • Coordinate with the accounting and finance departments to align dispute resolution with financial goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the accounts receivable processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AR Disputes Management Team Lead should have:

  • Strong background in AR Collections within the Shared Services industry.
  • Can speak, read & write Cantonese is a MUST, as you would be dealing with Hong Kong clients.
  • Proven ability to manage and resolve accounts receivable disputes efficiently.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve set objectives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address process inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools.
  • Commitment to compliance with company policies and industry standards.
