Job Description

  • Analyse and evaluate user requirements to design scalable and effective software solutions.
  • Develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead and execute automation testing to ensure high‑quality software delivery.
  • Build or enhance automation frameworks to support efficient and repeatable test execution.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and end‑to‑end project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for software systems, testing frameworks, and development processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose enhancements to software and automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, secure coding guidelines, and best practices in software development.

The Successful Applicant

A successful System Analyst (Test Lead) should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in software development and system analysis, specifically with Selenium for automation (Appium/UFT experience is a plus).
  • Possess a mandatory CTFL (ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level) certification to ensure structured and standardised testing practices
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in programming languages and software tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
