Job Description

  • Manage supply planning activities to help maintain product availability and support business demand.
  • Review supply requirements and align planning priorities with operational needs.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams to maintain clear supply plans and planning updates.
  • Monitor supply plan changes and update planning information to support timely decisions.
  • Identify supply gaps and raise planning issues with relevant stakeholders for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate planning records to support consistent supply planning activities.
  • Contribute to planning discussions within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Supply Planning' professional should have:

  • Practical capability in supply/demand planning, replenishment planning, production planning and managing supply requirements.
  • Ability to review planning information and identify supply gaps.
  • Experience coordinating planning activities with internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accurate supply planning records and updates.
  • Understanding of procurement and supply chain planning activities.
  • Ability to organise planning priorities and follow through on agreed actions.
  • SAP experience is an added advantage
