Supply Chain Specialist

Procurement & Purchasing

• Manage inventory replenishment activities based on business and operational requirements.
• Process purchase orders accurately and ensure timely supplier confirmations.
• Monitor supplier performance and follow up on outstanding orders to achieve on-time delivery targets.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and quality-related issues with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing data.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Import, Export & Logistics Management

• Coordinate import and export shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, tariff classifications, certificates of origin, and other regulatory documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.
• Track shipment progress and proactively resolve clearance or transportation issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Support initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and optimize transportation costs.

Reverse Logistics (RMA)

• Manage the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, including returns, repairs, replacements, and warranty claims.
• Coordinate activities among customers, vendors, service teams, and logistics providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Monitor and reconcile returned inventory to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Track RMA performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements.
