Job Description



Project & Programme Delivery

  • Lead and deliver global procurement transformation programmes, spanning Salesforce, SAP Ariba, SAP ERP, and SAP S/4 HANA ecosystems.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned to quality expectations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive programme workplans, ensuring alignment with resource and financial constraints.



Project Governance & Execution

  • Apply best-in-class project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, or hybrid) to drive execution excellence.
  • Ensure all project artefacts are defined, maintained, and governed, including:
    • Project charters
    • Detailed plans and timelines
    • Financial tracking and forecasting
    • Risk and issue logs
    • Change control and action plans
    • Status reporting and governance updates
  • Operate within defined project frameworks (e.g., Azure DevOps or similar platforms).



Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build strong relationships with global, cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout delivery.
  • Establish and manage effective governance structures, including steering committees and stakeholder forums.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and project stakeholders.



Risk & Change Management

  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation where required.
  • Drive and manage change initiatives to ensure successful adoption and realisation of project benefits.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of project/programme management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Recognised Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Proven track record of managing complex, global programmes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Source-to-Contract solutions in large, multinational organisations.
  • SAP ecosystem: Ariba, SRM, ERP MM, S/4 HANA
  • Salesforce (preferably within procurement or enterprise platforms)
