The role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Process Improvement, and Digital Transformation, acting as the bridge between operational stakeholders and analytical solutions.

Job Description

  • Engage with supply chain stakeholders to understand business challenges, reporting requirements, and operational priorities
  • Translate business requirements into dashboards, analytical solutions, and reporting frameworks
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, business risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Support KPI monitoring, performance measurement, and operational decision-making
  • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for automation, reporting enhancement, and process optimization
  • Support supply chain digital transformation and business intelligence initiatives
  • Improve operational visibility through reporting standardization and analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Excellence, Logistics, Customer Service, Operations, and Digital teams across multiple regions
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, governance standards, and data integrity are maintained

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Data Analytical (Power BI | Business Analyst) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 2-5+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Operations, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related functions
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting
  • Experience working with large datasets, KPI reporting, and business analytics
  • Understanding of supply chain processes such as logistics, order management, fulfillment, distribution, planning, or supply chain operations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
  • Ability to communicate data insights effectively to business stakeholders
