This role sits at the center of Supply Chain Operations, Analytics to support overseas delivery operations through proactive monitoring, exception management, supply chain visibility, risk analysis, and operational decision support while partnering closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, and Digitalization teams. The position combines Supply Chain Operations, Control Tower Monitoring, Data Analytics.

Job Description



  • * Monitor end-to-end global delivery and transportation activities across the supply chain network

    * Identify, analyze, and manage logistics disruptions, shipment delays, and operational risks

    * Support supply chain exception management and escalation processes

    * Conduct transportation and market analysis involving ports, carriers, routes, and logistics service providers

    * Support crisis management activities by providing impact assessments and recovery recommendations

    * Drive supply chain resilience initiatives and improve delivery risk visibility

    * Coordinate data analytics and data preparation activities supporting supply chain operations

    * Build proof-of-concept models supporting automation and future digital tools

    * Support deployment and adoption of Control Tower solutions and new operating processes

    * Develop and automate KPI, shipment status, performance, and exception reporting

    * Leverage Power BI and business intelligence tools to improve operational visibility and decision-making

    * Support continuous improvement, digitalization, and operational excellence initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Data Analytical (Power BI | Business Analyst) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • 2-5+ years of experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Operations, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related functions
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting
  • Experience working with large datasets, KPI reporting, and business analytics
  • Understanding of supply chain processes such as logistics, order management, fulfillment, distribution, planning, or supply chain operations
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions
  • Ability to communicate data insights effectively to business stakeholders
