Job Description

  • Oversee the shared services centre's accounting and finance functions across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes and systems.
  • Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align financial goals and strategies.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve effective operations.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to drive financial performance.
  • Provide regular financial reports to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SSC Finance Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards relevant to the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in managing regional accounting and finance operations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
