Job Description

  • Lead sourcing activities for raw materials across Asia to meet Procurement & Supply Chain requirements.
  • Develop and manage sourcing plans that support the availability of raw materials.
  • Identify suitable suppliers and assess sourcing options for raw material categories.
  • Manage supplier engagement to support clear commercial discussions and supply requirements.
  • Work with Procurement & Supply Chain stakeholders to align sourcing activity with business demand.
  • Review market information and supplier proposals to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Coordinate sourcing projects across relevant Asian markets and maintain progress against agreed plans.
  • Maintain clear sourcing records and provide updates on supplier and category activity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sourcing Manager - Raw Material (Asia) should have:

  • Experience in sourcing raw materials or managing relevant procurement categories.
  • Capability to develop and deliver sourcing plans across multiple Asian markets.
  • Experience identifying, assessing and engaging suppliers.
  • Knowledge of supplier proposals, commercial discussions and sourcing options.
  • Ability to review market information and use it to guide sourcing decisions.
  • Experience working with Procurement & Supply Chain stakeholders.
