Job Description

  • Develop and implement tailored technology solutions to meet client requirements in the Sarawak region.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose effective strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on industry trends and emerging technologies to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase solutions and value propositions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet sales objectives, support ongoing revenue growth, and identify opportunities to strengthen account performance and expand business potential.
  • Support end-to-end business development activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Solution Expert should have:

  • At least 5 years working experience in ICT/Telecommunications/Cloud industry with a strong technical background.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Result-oriented, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
