Job Description

  • Provide advanced remote support and coordinate on-site support across SEA countries when required.
  • Act as a technical support engineer, managing regional post-sales software complaint and inquiry handling, including critical escalations.
  • Assign, review, and oversee cases received from Service Coordinators, ensuring timely, accurate, and high‑quality resolution in line with SLA requirements
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support for software applications, including: Integrated databases, System and data migration, Firmware and software upgrades and Virtualised environments
  • Network and system connectivity issues

The Successful Applicant

A successful Software Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages or Microsoft applications, MS SQL server/database, computer network, and TCP/IP
  • Experience with software development lifecycle and methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of tools and frameworks commonly used in the life science industry is an advantage, such as PACS system and DICOM
  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing systems.
