Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers within an assigned territory

  • Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to deliver customer requirements
  • Monitor account performance, pipeline, and sales forecasts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Service Sales Key Account Manager (Northern) should have:

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in automation/technical/industrial/services environments)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a target-driven environment
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
  • Degree or relevant background in engineering, business, or a related field (often preferred)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
