Seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the company's growth and expansion plans. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and support functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing recruitment, with strong candidate assessment skills and the ability to screen both technical and non-technical talent.

Our client is a well-established global manufacturing company with operations across multiple countries and a diverse customer portfolio.

Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and corporate support functions.
  • Conduct competency-based screening and assess candidates against technical and behavioral requirements.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate stakeholder feedback to ensure timely hiring decisions.
  • Support offer preparation, salary negotiations, and candidate closing.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and business leaders.

The Successful Applicant

  • at least 5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
  • Prior experience recruiting within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience hiring for engineering, operations, production, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and support functions.
  • Proven track record managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
