Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, job platforms, and other channels, while continuously optimising sourcing effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition approval to offer acceptance and onboarding handover, ensuring quality hires within agreed timelines.
  • Recruit across technology functions including Software Engineering, Product, Delivery, QA, Cloud, Infrastructure, Network, and Cybersecurity.
  • Assess candidates beyond CVs, evaluating technical capability, experience, and overall fit for the role and organisation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align hiring strategies, challenge requirements where needed, and drive informed hiring decisions.
  • Keep recruitment processes organised and moving by managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, mitigating bottlenecks, and maintaining strong candidate and stakeholder engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior TA Specialist should have:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within an in house environment.
  • Proven track record recruiting within technology, fintech, SaaS or software product environments.
  • Familiarity hiring across Engineering, Product, Delivery, QA and other technical disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience using a broad range of recruitment channels, including job platforms, inbound applications, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and agencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent.
