Job Description

  • Lead end to end recruitment for strategic and niche consulting hires, aligning talent strategies with business growth priorities.
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to deliver market insights, workforce solutions, and exceptional hiring outcomes.
  • Mentor and lead a high performing recruitment team, driving excellence across sourcing, assessment, and candidate experience.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through targeted sourcing, employer branding, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics to improve hiring effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and inform decision making.
  • Champion recruitment transformation by enhancing processes, leveraging technology, and implementing best practices.



The Successful Applicant

A successful Recruitment Lead (Consulting) should have:

  • Experience in recruitment within the professional services industry or technology consulting organisations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience managing recruitment teams and driving recruitment transformation initiatives
  • Mature, resilient and highly credible stakeholder management.
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights for decision making.
