Job Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the Southeast Asia region, with a focus on Thai-speaking markets.
  • Coordinate sales operations and provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to meet client demands.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies in the FMCG industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Support (Thai Speaker) should have:

  • Fluency in spoken Thai is required; proficiency in written Thai is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven understanding of sales operations, particularly within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
