Job Description

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and present insightful reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide tailored insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to enhance sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark company performance against competitors.
  • Support the development of sales strategies by providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Sales Insights Analyst should have:

  • A degree in business, economics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Experience in generating actionable insights from large data sets.
  • Good communication skills to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
  • An understanding of the business services industry and sales processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
