Job Description

  • Manage and grow HVAC sales by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and delivering solutions aligned to client requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by preparing accurate quotations, sales forecasts, revenue reports, and collection updates.
  • Work closely with customers on secured projects to ensure delivery aligns with contractual scope, purchase orders, and billing milestones.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships through regular client engagements, site visits, and formal presentations.
  • Expand the customer base by developing new business while sustaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to propose solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.
  • Monitor market and competitor activity, providing timely field intelligence on pricing, products, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with internal sales administration, service, and finance teams on system usage, credit management, and payment collection.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, dealers, end users, and suppliers to support project success and commercial performance.
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and support broader team objectives as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC or related industries such as chillers, pumps, cooling towers, or project-based industrial equipment sales.
  • Strong experience selling to contractors, consultants, and building owners in a project-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems; knowledge of fire protection and building controls is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage pricing, quotation preparation, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in English and computer literate (Excel, Word; CAD skills preferred).
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
