We are seeking a Senior Procurement Executive (Korean Speaker) to support procurement and sourcing activities for a regional business operation. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement processes and supply continuity.

Job Description

  • Manage purchasing and procurement activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support supplier relationship management and performance monitoring.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business requirements.
  • Assist in identifying cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize Korean language skills when communicating with Korean-speaking stakeholders and vendors.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Business proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English, both written and spoken.
  • Min 1 year experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or related functions (e.g. order management).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or multinational environment will be an added advantage.
