Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day order-to-cash activities to maintain accurate and complete transaction records.
  • Review sales and customer transaction data to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare order-to-cash information for finance reporting and period-end activities.
  • Maintain clear documentation for transactions, adjustments and issue resolution.
  • Work with relevant internal teams to clarify transaction queries and improve data accuracy.
  • Monitor outstanding transaction items and follow up to support timely resolution.
  • Analyse order-to-cash data to highlight recurring issues and improve process consistency.
  • Support the accuracy of Accounting & Finance records through careful review and reconciliation activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Otc Analyst should have:

  • Practical knowledge of order-to-cash processes and transaction flows.
  • Experience reviewing financial data and resolving transaction discrepancies.
  • Ability to prepare clear records and documentation for finance activities.
  • Strong attention to detail when handling sales and customer transaction data.
  • Ability to analyse transaction information and identify recurring issues.
  • Confidence working with internal teams to address finance-related queries.

  • Salary of MYR 72,000 to MYR 96,000.
